What Innerdj keeps about you and your work, what it is used for, and who else touches it. Short on purpose.
What we collect
Your account: name, email, password hash (or Google sign-in), and the answers you give during onboarding (role, platforms, goals).
Your work: projects, brand profiles, content calendars, briefs, media you upload or import, and everything Innerdj generates for you (captions, images, video, music).
Connected services: the social profiles you link for publishing and the storage accounts you connect to import media. We store the tokens needed to act on your behalf, encrypted, and nothing else from those accounts.
Usage and billing: credits spent per operation, plan and pack purchases (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), and product events such as pages opened and features used.
How we use it
To run the product: generate content from your briefs and brand, publish to the accounts you connect, bill credits, and email you about your account (you can turn marketing emails off in Settings).
Your briefs, brand profile and media are sent to the AI providers that do the generating (text and images, video, music) and to your website scanner only to produce your content. They are not used to train models on our side.
We do not sell your data and there are no ads inside Innerdj. We do advertise Innerdj elsewhere, today on Google and YouTube: only if you accept cookies, the ad platforms’ tags (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measure which ads led to visits, sign-ups and purchases, and let us show our ads to people who visited.
Sharing
Teammates you invite to a workspace see that workspace’s projects. Public share links show a read-only calendar preview to anyone with the link until you revoke it.
Processors we rely on: AI generation providers, our publishing partner, our connectors provider, our scraping provider, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare / Neon for hosting and storage, and, only with your consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads for ad measurement.
Your choices
Delete anything in the app at any time. Deleting your account (Settings → Profile) removes your personal workspace, its projects, media and generated content, and releases connected accounts.
Questions or requests about your data: reply to any email we send you.
Cookies: Innerdj sets only the ones it needs to keep you signed in, plus the ad platforms’ cookies (see How we use it) if you accept them. Change your mind any time from Cookie settings, at the bottom of this page and of the public site.
